How to get to Pieve di San Cresci winery

Greve in Chianti can be reached from Florence, Siena, Figline (when coming by autostrada from Rome) and from the Florence-Siena autostrada exit at Sambuca passing Badia a Passignano on the way. To find the road to Pieve di San Cresci winery when coming from Florence, turn right off the main road (SR222) onto via Lino Falsettacci, between the playground and the Esso gas station, drive for 500 m, cross a small bridge and immediately turn right into via di Colognole and a few m onwards turn left into via di Zano. Continue uphill along this road some 3 km, passing Villa Zano on the right, until you reach the small collection of houses adjoining the historical church (pieve) of San Cresci which is reached by turning right and immediately right again around these houses. You will see the wine tasting and sales rooms of the Pieve di San Cresci winery on the left beside the old gate posts in front of the church.

From Florence or the A1 superstrada exit Firenze Sud, take the highway SR 222 through Strada towards Greve.
